fen\u00f3menos de propagaci\u00f3n radioel\u00e9ctrica en 50 ghz basados en las medidas realizadas por el grupo de radiocomunicaciones de la universidad polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid sobre la radio baliza del sat\u00e9lite italsat en el periodo de un a\u00f1o.  la tesis estudia fundamentalmente los efectos del centelleo troposf\u00e9rico, atenuaci\u00f3n por lluvia y caracter\u00edsticas den\u00e1micas de los desvanecimientos.  estos fen\u00f3menos se comparan con diversos modelos basados en medidas meteorol\u00f3gicas en las superficies del terreno y medidas en altura mediante
