{"id":27916,"date":"2018-03-09T09:20:23","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:20:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/distribucion-y-regulacion-de-resistina-en-rata\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:20:23","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:20:23","slug":"distribucion-y-regulacion-de-resistina-en-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/santiago-de-compostela\/distribucion-y-regulacion-de-resistina-en-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Distribuci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de resistina en rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ruben Nogueiras Pozo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La resistina es una prote\u00edna de 12.5 kd rica en residuos ciste\u00edna (cys) que es secretada espec\u00edficamente por los adipocitos y cuya expresi\u00f3n est\u00e1 inducida durante la conversi\u00f3n de preadipocitos a adipocitos maduros, por lo que se le supone una funci\u00f3n muy importante como regulador de la adipog\u00e9nesis. durante el ayuno su expresi\u00f3n es muy baja en el tejido adiposo pero esta expresi\u00f3n aumenta sustancialmente tras la ingesta o tras la administraci\u00f3n de insulina.  el objetivo de la tesis ha sido el estudio de la distribuci\u00f3n de resistina en diferentes tejidos de rata y la regulaci\u00f3n de esta hormona por diferentes factores endocrinos y metab\u00f3licos. En nuestros estudios hemos observado que la resistina se localiza en el tejido adiposo pardo, el tracto gastrointestinal, la gl\u00e1ndula adrenal, el m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico, el test\u00edculo y la hip\u00f3fisis. adem\u00e1s, la resistina est\u00e1 regulada de manera tejido-espec\u00edfica. En el tejido adiposo, la resistina presenta un patr\u00f3n dim\u00f3rfico y est\u00e1 regulada por las hormonas gonadales, las hormonas tiroideas, el estado nutricional, la gestaci\u00f3n, los glucocorticoides y los f\u00e1rmacos antidiab\u00e9ticos.  la resistina expresada en el test\u00edculo es regulada por hormonas gonadales, hormonas hipofisarias, estado nutricional y la rosiglitazona. Sin embargo, las hormonas tiroideas, los glucocoriticoides y la metformina no ejercen ning\u00fan efecto.  la resistina que se expresa en la hip\u00f3fisis es regulada por las hormonas tiroideas, pero las hormonas gonadales, el estado nutricional y la gh no modifican su expresi\u00f3n. La adiponectina se expresa en la hip\u00f3fisis y es regulada por las hormonas gonadales, el estado nutricional, las hormonas tiroideas y la gh. Por \u00faltimo, el receptor nuclear gamma activado por la proliferaci\u00f3n de peroxisomas est\u00e1 regulado por la gh, pero ni las hormonas gonadales, ni el estado nutricional, ni las hormonas
