Material y metodos: en el trabajo se han utilizado 65 animales (conejos), en 13 grupos de oxivenacion experimental y simulada, oxiinhalacion experimental y simulada (cada uno de ellos de 5, 10 y 20 dias) y testigo.  se hizo estudio histologico del higado a m.O. Y m.E., Asi como un estudio estereologico y un analisis estadistico de los resultados de este.  resultado y conclusiones: 1. No se han encontrado alteraciones estructurales ni ultraestructurales por la oxivenacion ni por la oxiinhalacion.  2. En el estudio a m.O. Se encontro una disminucion de densidad citoplasmatica en 3 grupos:  testigo, ovs-5 y ovs-10, pero que al ser esos grupos se atribuyo a fenomenos fisiopatologicos. 3. En el analisis estadistico de la tecnica estereologica se encontraron datos estadisticamente significativos en 2 grupos ore-5 y ors-20, lo que no parece atribuible al proceso
