Considerando las representaciones mentales, de los docentes de esta comunidad de pr\u00e1ctica, como un elemento vertebrador de la acci\u00f3n y de la evoluci\u00f3n profesional, y centrando su atenci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de un trabajo interactivo y de ayuda mutua en peque\u00f1os grupos de docentes, la investigaci\u00f3n demuestra que es posible conjugar la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica en la formaci\u00f3n inicial, basada en tres tipos de saberes profesionales: te\u00f3rico, pr\u00e1ctico y \u00e9tico. La estrategia se organiza en torno a un proceso de intervenci\u00f3n investigadora en el que estudiantes para profesores, profesores del centro e investigadores est\u00e1n, directamente, implicados, y cuyo eje principal son los procesos de intercambio, reflexi\u00f3n y enriquecimiento profesional. La investigaci\u00f3n, sustentada en una complementariedad metodol\u00f3gica, cuantitativa y cualitativa, que concilia los enfoques psicol\u00f3gico y socicultural, se revela como una alternativa viable ante el reto de modelar y producir la figura profesional, estudiada desde una perspectiva pr\u00e1ctica, en las condiciones propias del contexto donde se aplica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
