han preparado y caracterizado materiales con estructura tipo hidrotalcita, contituidos por mg y al en las l\u00e1minas y con los siguientes aniones en la interl\u00e1mina: nitrato, carbonato, tetraborato y silicato, parawolframato y trisoxalto cormato (iii) y aniones org\u00e1nicos con propiedades terap\u00e9uticas: salicilato, naproxeno e indometacina.  para cada sistema se han utilizado distintos m\u00e9todos de s\u00edntesis (coprecipitaci\u00f3n, intercambio i\u00f3nico y reconstrucci\u00f3n) y distintas condiciones de trabajo, obteni\u00e9ndose diferentes resultados en cuanto a la pureza de los materiales, naturaleza y orientaci\u00f3n del ani\u00f3n.  en todos los casos se ha llevado a cabo una maplia caracterizaci\u00f3n de los s\u00f3lidos y de sus derivados, obtenidos por calcinaci\u00f3n, utilizando diferentes t\u00e9cnicas: pxrd, ft-ir, v-uv, mas nmr, dta\/tg, tpr, adsorci\u00f3n de n2 a-196\u00c2\u00bac y medidas de acidez-basicidad mediante espectroscop\u00eda ft-ir de la absorci\u00f3n de piridina y \u00e9ster trimet\u00edlico del \u00e1cido b\u00f3rico.  tambi\u00e9n, dada la aplicabilidad de estos sistemas como catalizadores o precursores de catalizadores, se ha estudiado la selectividad, mediante espectroscopia ft-ir de la adsorci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas prueba, de alguno de los s\u00f3lidos derivados de las hidrotalcitas con parawolframato, carbonato, nitrato, borato y silicato, en la deshidrogenaci\u00f3n de alcoholes.  por \u00faltimo, se ha realizado un estudio in vivo de la capacidad ulcerog\u00e9nica del sistema mg-al-indometacina, con el fin de comprobar si la intercalaci\u00f3n entre las l\u00e1minas de brucita de este potente antiinflamatorio disminuye sus efectos adversos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
