Partimos del cerebro estrat\u00e9gico como pensador y activador de comportamientos, como centro neur\u00e1lgico de los movimientos organizativos. El estudio del cerebro, nos ha permitido establecer dos estrategias claras de comportamiento a partir de los dos hemisferios cerebrales. Ambas estrategias, de creaci\u00f3n y de equilibrio, son la esencia de la estrategia organizativa y suponen la puesta en marcha de todos los mecanismos de comportamiento: la acci\u00f3n, la reacci\u00f3n y el equilibrio. Tres son los modelos que se presentan y son fruto del cerebro estrat\u00e9gico de la organizaci\u00f3n:  1.  Modelo \u00e1rbol-organizaci\u00f3n: presenta una organizaci\u00f3n que en cuyo crecimiento radicular, influye la fertilidad del suelo y los nutrientes que recibe del mismo a trav\u00e9s de las ra\u00edces. Este modelo, es creaci\u00f3n y es equilibrio.  2.  Modelo cohete-organizaci\u00f3n: trata de entender por qu\u00e9 unas veces los comportamientos son fruto de la acci\u00f3n y otras de la reacci\u00f3n. Hay quien es l\u00edder hoy y seguidor ma\u00f1ana, y al rev\u00e9s. Este modelo, es creaci\u00f3n y es equilibrio.  3.  Modelo de competencia-organizaci\u00f3n o modelo de peligro: es la esencia de la estrategia de comportamiento de los clusters. Atacamos, defendemos, o \u00c2\u00bfhay alguna otra opci\u00f3n? S\u00ed, el modelo de peligro demuestra que las estrategias actuales de ataque-contraataque son insostenibles. Este modelo de peligro no s\u00f3lo destruyec, sino que construye: la estrategia de disuasi\u00f3n es la respuesta.
