Hasta la fecha son cuatro las teorias: las revoluciones geneticas de mayr (1954), la teoria del \u00abflush-crash\u00bb de carson (1968), la del \u00abfounder-flush\u00bb carson (1975), y la de la transiliencia genetica de templeton (1980).  basandose en la teoria de carson del \u00abfounder-flush\u00bb se dise\u00f1o un protocolo que intenta recopilar la mayoria de los condicionantes para producir especiacion que esta teoria propone. Durante a\u00f1os se sometio a nuestras poblaciones al protocolo que denominamos de \u00abflush-crash\u00bb. Dichas poblaciones varian en su origen geografico y en el tama\u00f1o del cuello de botella al que son sometidas periodicamente. Mediante una aproximacion genetico cuantitativa se determina el efecto del protocolo en los parametros fenotipicos, geneticos, asi como sobre la integracion morfologica.
