El primer apartado, propone la integracion en un montaje fia de las operaciones de precipitacion, lavado y redisolucion del precipitado como fundamento para la determinacion indirecta del levamisol por absorcion atomica, previa precipitacion con tetraiodomercuriato. En la segunda parte experimental, se propone el arsenito de ce(iv) solido como reactivo oxidante de la flufenacina, que se determina espectrofluorimetricamente. Este reactivo se sintetiza en el laboratorio. Finalmente, en el tercer apartado, se desarrolla una nueva estrategia de inmovilizacion para el iodo, aprovechando sus propiedades de oxidante suave para la determinacion espectrofluorimetrica de la emetina.  la estructura del trabajo experimental para la puesta a punto del metodo analitico es similar en los tres casos:  comienza con los estudios previos en estatico y en flujo continuo, consistentes en ensayar la reaccion o reacciones mas adecuadas asi como a grandes rasgos las caracteristicas fisico-quimicas de las mismas.  seguidamente, se realiza la optimizacion de las variables quimicas y del montaje fia.  la parte final es el estudio de las caracteristicas analiticas del metodo (intervalo dinamico lineal, reproducibilidad, velocidad de inyeccion y estudio de interferencias)
