La fluente documental principal la conforman los expedientes conservados en el arxiu municipal administraci\u00f3n de barcelona, la mayor\u00eda de ellos en situaci\u00f3n de prearchivaje e in\u00e9ditos en su totalidad. As\u00ed, podemos mostrar desde el dictamen de creaci\u00f3n de la banda municipal de barcelona, hasta el de su disoluci\u00f3n con la creaci\u00f3n de la orquesta municipal de barcelona. podemos conocer las condiciones laborales de sus m\u00fasicos, directores y dependientes. Reconstruimos los cambios en su plantilla  instrumental con nombre y apellidos de todos sus miembros, as\u00ed como multitud de datos biogr\u00e1ficos de las 302 personas a las que nos referimos. Conocemos todo lo que se refiere a reglamentos, oposiciones, uniformes, actuaciones, repertorios, etc. Finalmente, se estudian los expedientes administrativos de depuraci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del
