La incidencia directa de la introducci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas de la comunicaci\u00f3n e internet en el marketing directo refrenda esta idea. Por lo tanto son necesarios estudios como este ya que promuevan una definici\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara de sus funciones y m\u00e9todos. Para conocer c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 implementando el sector publicitario esta actividad con gran proyecci\u00f3n futura, se desarrolla una segunda parte en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el nivel de introducci\u00f3n de los servicios de marketing directo en las agencias del pa\u00eds vasco.
