Se ha tratado de ver la composici\u00f3n cuali- y cuantitativa de las c\u00e9lulas adheridas y planct\u00f3nicas, y las interacciones entre grupos. tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de la matriz de biofilms de pseudomonas fluorescens.  para el estudio, se han empleado cultivos binarios en leche est\u00e9ril y cultivos de leches crudas. De \u00e9stas, una ten\u00edan contaminaci\u00f3n natural y otras estaban artificialmente enriquecidas con pseudomonas o  bal. Con objeto de aumentar la proporci\u00f3n de bal, se probaron dos alternativas para la destrucci\u00f3n de pseudomonas (y otras gram-). Los componentes de la matriz fueron analizados por t\u00e9cnicas espectrofotom\u00e9tricas y cromotogr\u00e1ficas.  independientemente del alto o bjao recuento inicial delas leches crudas, en los biofilms, tras 72h a 7\u00c2\u00bac, predominaban las pseudomonas y los lactococcus. una mayor proporci\u00f3n de psudomonas en leche cruda, promueve una mayor presencia del conjunto de las bal en los biofilms. Con los cultivos binarios de cepas aisladas, en lech uht, se observa que es aun mayor el efecto de las bal sobre el aumento de psudomonas adheridas, y que hay grandes diferencias entre unas bal y otras en cuanto a su propio favorecimiento.  el an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico del peso seco de la matriz de los biofilms de p.Fluorescens en medio mineral, revel\u00f3 un predominio de aproximadamente 2\/3 de carbohidratos \u00e1cidos (pero no alginato) y 1\/4 de prote\u00edna; se observaron pocas diferencias en la composici\u00f3n del material adherido a vidrio y a
