Se han establecido las correlaciones absorcion-lipofilia de dos series de compuestos a partir de esta teoria y se han comparado con los resultados que se obtienen por la aplicacion de las ecuaciones que proponen otras escuelas. Como parametros de absorcion se han utilizado las correspondientes constantes de velocidad. Como indices de lipofilia se han seleccionado los coeficientes de reparto en n-octanol y y el numero de grupos metileno en cadena lineal. Las concentraciones en las muestras se determinaron por hplc, se valido la metodolog\u00eda analitica en el ambito de concentraciones utilizadas.  las ecuaciones utilizadas proveen buenos resultados, pero fisiologicamente es inaceptable un sistema de barreras multifasico. Los resultados obtenidos confirman a la teoria bihiperbolica, que predice la perdida de funcionalidad de los poros acuosos del intestino delgado cuando los compuestos ensayados superan un peso molecular limite. El extraordinario aumento de la tasa de absorcion que se produce al aumentar la lipofilia recomienda el estudio de actividad antibacteriana y de biodisponibilidad de algunos de los
