Como resultado de este trabajo se han obtenido las siguientes conclusiones:  mediante pir\u00f3lisis l\u00e1ser se han sintetizado nanopart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas basadas en hierro con formas, tama\u00f1os y composiciones qu\u00edmicas homog\u00e9neas, y distribuciones de tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula muy estrechas dentro del rango 5-20 nm de tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula.  la formaci\u00f3n de cristales nanom\u00e9tricos de hierro mediante pir\u00f3lisis l\u00e1ser para el sistema  fe(co)5+c2h4, se explica satisfactoriamente mediante un modelo que incluye una primera etapa de descomposici\u00f3n del carbonilo para generar un vapor formado por \u00e1tomos de hierro y una segunda etapa donde estos \u00e1tomos, (que se comportan como n\u00facleos cristalinos estables) mediante choques coagulan para dar lugar al producto final.  las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de las muestras obtenidas mediante pir\u00f3lisis l\u00e1ser se explican en funci\u00f3n de la coexistencia en las mismas de dos componentes magn\u00e9ticamente diferenciados: un componente ferromagn\u00e9tico correspondiente al n\u00facleo de alfa-fe; y segundo componente superparamagn\u00e9tico correspondiente a la capa de \u00f3xido superficial, estructural y magn\u00e9ticamente desordenada.  a partir de part\u00edculas ultrafinas de gamma-fe2o3 obtenidas mediante pir\u00f3lisis l\u00e1ser, se ha preparado y caracterizado en un modelo en rata una dispersi\u00f3n de tipo spio llamada usmp1 similar a un agente de contraste comercial tipo spio (endorem(r)).  a partir de part\u00edculas ultrafinas de hierro sintetizadas mediante pir\u00f3lisis l\u00e1ser, se ha preparado por primera vez y caracterizado en un modelo en rata una dispersi\u00f3n de tipo spio llamada usmp3.  las
