Se han propuesto procedimientos extracto-espectrofotometricos para la determinacion de anfetamina y metanfetamina en muestras de orina en base a su reaccion con nqs, estudiandose distintos tipos de tratamiento previo de la muestra. Los procedimientos han sido estudiados quimiometricamente mediante la aplicacion de los metodos de youden, adicion estandar y adicion estandar del punto h, observandose la inexistencia de errores sistematicos proporcionales, y la presencia de errores constantes tyb, que deben ser evaluados para la determinacion del analito exenta de error. Se ha determinado anfetamina y\/o metanfetamina en muestras de orina. La determinacion conjunta se ha realizado aplicando el metodo del hpsan. La efedrina ha sido determinada en distintos preparados farmaceuticos. Se ha desarrollado un metodo cinetico para la determinacion de fenilaminas con nqs, aplicandose a farmacos. Se ha determinado anfetamina y metanfetamina en clar, estudiandose distintos tipos de tratamiento de orina extcphase solida ext.
