Tras un an\u00e1lisis de las redes europeas, fracesa y espa\u00f1ola, se evalu\u00e1n las medidas de acompa\u00f1amiento llevada a cabao por las siete ciudades francesas con estaci\u00f3n perif\u00e9rica, apoyado en el estudio del caso de la ciudad de macon. El an\u00e1lisis se completa con el estudio de los casos espa\u00f1oles de ciudad real, guadalajara y segovia, donde se explora el grado de aplicabilidad de los concluido en francia. Englobadas en tres grupos (estrategias de prvisi\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n) la tesis doctoral aporta una total de trece estratgias a desarrollar por los poderes
