Se han sugerido correlaciones entre los mecanismos del modelo y la filosof\u00eda del sistema visual. El modelo consta de una etapa tricrom\u00e1tica y tres etapas oponentes; precortical, del c\u00f3rtex estriado y del c\u00f3rtex extraestriado. Las respuestas de la etapa tricrom\u00e1tica se combinan generando un canal acrom\u00e1tico magno y tres canales oponentes parvo: dos del tipo rojo-verde asim\u00e9tricos y uno del tipo azul-amarillo. los tres canales oponentes parvo dan lugar a la construcci\u00f3n a nivel cortical de los canales perceptuales acrom\u00e1tico, rojo-verde y azul-amarillo. Se han considerado mecanismo sustractivo en el c\u00f3rtex estriado, as\u00ed como no linealidades est\u00e1ticas. Se han determinado los valores de los par\u00e1metros del modelo minimizando un coeficiente de ajuste entre un conjunto reducido de datos experimentales y las predicciones del modelo de dichos datos. se ha hecho un an\u00e1lisis de las prestaciones de attd comparando sus predicciones con las de los modelos atd95 y hunt y con diversas colecciones de datos experimentales no incluidos en el entrenamiento. El modelo reproduce una gran cantidad de fen\u00f3menos de apariencia del color gracias a su estructura, basada en la fisiolog\u00eda del sistema visual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
