En dicho modelo se valoraron la tolerancia y la eficacia de las microesferas cargadas con dexametasona, en comparaci\u00f3n con el preparado comercial de dexametasona.  los resultados del estudio muestran una tolerancia  a corto y a largo plazo similar entre todos los preparados farmacol\u00f3gicos utilizados.  en relaci\u00f3n con la eficacia, a corto plazo de los mejores resultados se lograron en los grupos de inyecci\u00f3n de dexametasona, aunque son diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas al compa\u00f1arlas con la microesferas cargadas con dexametasona.
