{"id":28702,"date":"2018-03-09T09:21:31","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nuevas-metodologa%c2%adas-luminiscentes-para-el-analisis-de-algunos-o-derivados-de-alfa-y-beta\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:21:31","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:21:31","slug":"nuevas-metodologa%c2%adas-luminiscentes-para-el-analisis-de-algunos-o-derivados-de-alfa-y-beta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/castilla-la-mancha\/nuevas-metodologa%c2%adas-luminiscentes-para-el-analisis-de-algunos-o-derivados-de-alfa-y-beta\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas metodolog\u00edas luminiscentes para el an\u00e1lisis de algunos o-derivados de alfa y beta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Teresa Ala\u00f1on Pardo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha demostrado que en el caso de sistemas fosforescentes, la optimizaci\u00f3n mediante el m\u00e9todo simplex en combinaci\u00f3n con la modificaci\u00f3n de nelder y mead y la del centroide ponderado, consigue mejores valores con un n\u00famero de experiencias inferiores, considerando como funci\u00f3n objetivo la sensibilidad del m\u00e9todo para las variables qu\u00edmicas y la precisi\u00f3n en las variables instrumentales.  la fosforescencia a temperatura ambiente en medios no protegidos se muestra como una alternativa favorable a la fosforescencia a temperatura ambiente en medios micelares y por formaci\u00f3n de complejos de inclusi\u00f3n, para la determinaci\u00f3n de naftopidil y 4-metilpropanolol porque se obtiene una desoxigenaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, no aparecen problemas de insolubilizaci\u00f3n entre el surfactante y el ion del \u00e1tomo pesado, permite la determinaci\u00f3n de sustancias polares y favorece la aplicaci\u00f3n directa a fluidos biol\u00f3gicos.  la combinaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de flujo detenido con fosforescencia a temperaturas ambiente en medio micelar permite realziar medidas cin\u00e9ticas quemejroan los m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de propranolol, nabumetona y su metabolito principal en comparaci\u00f3n con las medidas en el equilibrio. Los resultados obtenidos mediante esta metodolog\u00eda permite automatizar esta modalidad fosforim\u00e9trica facilitando su aplicaci\u00f3n. Se ha demostrado su validez en la aplicaci\u00f3n directa a muestras complejas como orina, suero y l\u00edquido cefalorraqu\u00eddeo de compuestos de inter\u00e9s farmacol\u00f3gico (naftopidil, propranolol, 4-metilpropranolol) y de metabolitos (\u00e1cido 6-metoxy-2-naftilac\u00e9tico) sin necesidad de tratamiento ni separaciones previas.  la quimioluminiscencia obtenida por oxidaci\u00f3n del propranolol y el naftopidil mediante el uso del permanganato en medio sulf\u00farico, constituye un m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n automatizable, sencillo desde el punto de vista operacional,
