Rojas Mart\u00ednez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pseudomonas putida dot-t1e, una cepa altamente tolerante a disolventes org\u00e1nicos, se asil\u00f3 de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de granada. Los mecanismos que esta cepa sea extremadamente tolerante a estos compuestos t\u00f3xicos se basan en la disminuci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de los disolventes en el interior celular. Ello se consigue, por un lado, limitando la entrada del disolvente mediante bombas de eflujo de la familia rnd. en esta tesis doctoral se describe la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la bomba de eflujo ttgghi, fundamental para la supervivencia de la cepa en presencia de tolueno y otros disolventes org\u00e1nicos. La expresi\u00f3n de esta bomba de extrusi\u00f3n de t\u00f3xicos est\u00e1 bajo el control transcripcional del regulador ttgv.
