Bego\u00f1a Lloria Aramburo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo general de esta investigaci\u00f3n es conocer hasta qu\u00e9 punto el dise\u00f1o organizativo establece las condiciones necesarias para la creaci\u00f3n de conocimiento considerando los facilitadores como variables intermedias. para la consecuci\u00f3n de este objetivo hemos estructurado este trabajo con tres grandes bloques.  el primero de ellos define los conceptos b\u00e1sicos de aprendizaje, conocimiento, informaci\u00f3n y memoria; y muestra sus principales interrelaciones considerando distintos niveles y tipolog\u00edas. As\u00ed mismo, tambi\u00e9n se define lo que se entiende por gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento y se han revisado distintos enfoques elaborando una propuesta de s\u00edntesis.  el segundo bloque supone el n\u00facleo central de esta investigaci\u00f3n y estudia en qu\u00e9 medida determinadas condiciones de dise\u00f1o organizativo favorecen la creaci\u00f3n de conocimiento a trav\u00e9s de los facilitadores. Est\u00e1 estructurado en torno a tres cap\u00edtulos:  el primero recoge las variables relativas al proceso de diferenciaci\u00f3n tanto de car\u00e1cter horizontal como vertical.  el segundo estudia los mecanismos de integraci\u00f3n que tienen un car\u00e1cter horizontal o lateral.  el tercero recoge los mecanismos de integraci\u00f3n que tienen un car\u00e1cter vertical.  en el tercer y \u00faltimo bloque se realiza estudio emp\u00edrico de naturaleza cuantitativa que hemos llevado a cabo a partir de una muestra de 167 grandes empresas espa\u00f1olas.
