Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo es la fabricaci\u00f3n de un sistema sensor capaz de trabajar a alta temperatura con bajo consumo. La incorporaci\u00f3n de la circuter\u00eda en el mismo chip permite reducir su tama\u00f1o y tener un encapsulado m\u00e1s compacto que en el caso h\u00edbrido.  en muchas aplicaciones los sensores de gases est\u00e1n sometidos a numerosas vibraciones y aceleraci\u00f3n, motivo por el cual es necesario desarrollar sistemas sensores robustos con un alto grado de selectividad.
