Los m\u00e9todos desarrollados permiten acortar considerablemente el tiempo empleado en los an\u00e1lisis cl\u00e1sicos, incorporando tratamientos de las muestras de alimentos sencillos. Se han optimizado cuidadosamente todos los par\u00e1metros que afectan a las separaciones cromatograficas, se ha evaluado la calibraci\u00f3n y repetibilidad, aplicado al an\u00e1lisis de diferentes tipos de alimentos y finalmente los m\u00e9todos se han validado utilizando materiales de referencia certificados. En consecuencia, los m\u00e9todos propuestos resultan aplicables con indudables ventajas en los an\u00e1lisis de control de calidad en la industria alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
