Empar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objeto de la presente tesis doctoral es tratar de profundizar en los mecanismos en que se basa la sensibilizacion micelar de las determinaciones fluriometricas. Con los estudios realizados se pretende contribuir a mejorar el conocimiento de la interaccion entre los sistemas quimicos y las mielas.  se ha estudiado la influencia que tiene la estructura de la molecula fluorescente (presencia de heteroatomos y peque\u00f1os cambios en la longitud de la cadena lateral, ambos sin caracter fluorogenico) y la estructura quimica del tensioactivo sobre los procesos de interaccion micela-molecula fluorescente.  ademas se han hecho tres aportaciones de caracter metodologico: (1) el desarrollo de una metodolog\u00eda fia rapida para el estudio de la interaccion entre los sistemas quimicos y las micelas.  (2) se ha desarrollado un metodo para determinar constantes de asociacion entre moleculas fluorescentes y micelas empleando medidas directas de fluorescencia, que no requiere el uso de \u00abquenchers\u00bb especificos y que puede aplicarse a valores extremos de ph.
