{"id":28978,"date":"2004-04-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-04-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/ecocardiografa%c2%ada-bidimensional-y-doppler-en-la-iguana-verde-iguana-iguana\/"},"modified":"2004-04-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-04-03T00:00:00","slug":"ecocardiografa%c2%ada-bidimensional-y-doppler-en-la-iguana-verde-iguana-iguana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/murcia\/ecocardiografa%c2%ada-bidimensional-y-doppler-en-la-iguana-verde-iguana-iguana\/","title":{"rendered":"Ecocardiograf\u00edabidimensional y doppler en la iguana verde (iguana iguana)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Albert Soriano Angel Pausides <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos de este estudio han sido: a) estandarizar la t\u00e9cnica de examen ecocardiogr\u00e1fico (bidimensional y doppler), b) identificar las estructuras cardiacas compar\u00e1ndolas con las estructuras anat\u00f3micas, c) obtener valores normales de las estructuras cardiacas medidas en modo bidimensional, d) evaluar la hemodin\u00e1mica intracardiaca mediante doppler flujo color y espectral, as\u00ed como la obtenci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros normales de los flujos intracardiacos.  el estudio ecocardiogr\u00e1fico se efectu\u00f3 en 34 iguanas verdes, sanas y no sedadas, de edades aproximadas entre 1-7 a\u00f1os, pesos comprendidos entre 215-3.200 gramos y longitud narinas-cloaca entre 16 y 40 cm. El examen ecocardiogr\u00e1fico se efectu\u00f3 con los animales de pie, utilizando un transductor sectorial de 7,5 mhz situado detr\u00e1s de la articulaci\u00f3n del hombro (accesos paraesternales derecho e izquierdo).  asimismo, se colocaron los electrodos para la obtenci\u00f3n de un electrocardiograma sincr\u00f3nico durante el examen ecocardiogr\u00e1fico. Se efectu\u00f3 un examen post-mortem de la cavidad cel\u00f3mica de otras 3 iguanas y la disecci\u00f3n de sus corazones en planos transversales y longitudinales, con el fin de identificar las estructuras cardiacas y compararlas con las im\u00e1genes obtenidas mediante ecocardiograf\u00eda. Se midieron las estructuras cardiacas en modo bidimensional y se evalu\u00f3 la morfolog\u00eda, amplitud y duraci\u00f3n de los flujos intracardiacos obtenidos mediante ecocardiograf\u00eda doppler pulsado.  las mejores im\u00e1genes de eje largo y corto se obtuvieron mediante el acceso paraesternal derecho, permitiendo la identificaci\u00f3n de las estructuras infracardiacas en relaci\u00f3n a las estructuras anat\u00f3micas. Las dimensiones del ventr\u00edculo, atrios y canal atrioventricular, presentan altas correlaciones con los indicadores de tama\u00f1o corporal (peso, longitud nac, \u00edndice peso\/nac). estas
