{"id":29015,"date":"2004-05-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sinterizacion-y-desarrollo-microestructural-de-compuestos-nanoestructurados-al2o3_yag\/"},"modified":"2004-05-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-05-03T00:00:00","slug":"sinterizacion-y-desarrollo-microestructural-de-compuestos-nanoestructurados-al2o3_yag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/oviedo\/sinterizacion-y-desarrollo-microestructural-de-compuestos-nanoestructurados-al2o3_yag\/","title":{"rendered":"Sinterizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo microestructural de compuestos nanoestructurados al2o3_yag."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Hernan Martin Alvarado Quintana <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta la estrecha relaci\u00f3n existente entre las variables de procedimiento, la microestrcutura y las propiedades de los materiales cer\u00e1micos, en este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se han optimizado las variables de procesamiento con el fin de controlar la evoluci\u00f3n microestructural de los compuestos nanoestructurados de al\u00famina y yag en vistas a su apliaci\u00f3n en el campo de las cer\u00e1micas estructurales para aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas.  el objetivo ha sido el de dise\u00f1ar un material compuesto con una matriz densa de al\u00famina de grano fino, con nanopart\u00edculas de yag uniformemente distribuidas en los bordes de grano actuando como part\u00edculas de reforzamiento.  para sintetizar los distintos materiales de partida se emple\u00f3 un metodo coloidal consistente b\u00e1sicamente en al adici\u00f3n lenta de un precursor de ytrio diluido en etanol a una dispersi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n en etanol de polvo de al\u00famina en agitaci\u00f3n. Se seca en una estufa y luego se elimina el alcohol residual en horno de calcinaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n se muele en un molino de atricci\u00f3n utilizando propanol, se seca nuevamente y finalmente se tamiza. para conformar el s\u00f3lido se prensa isost\u00e1ticamente y
