Roc\u00edo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el proyecto desarrollado en esta tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo la deleci\u00f3n y etiquetado de manera sistem\u00e1tica de los orfs del brazo izquierdo del cromosoma ii, contribuyendo as\u00ed a la construcci\u00f3n de cuatro colecciones completas de mutantes nulos de saccharomyces cerevisiae, disruptoma, que se han puesto a disposici\u00f3n de toda la comunidad cient\u00edfica. Una de estas colecciones, en concreto la colecci\u00f3n de deletantes heterocigotos se ha utilizado para abordar un an\u00e1lisis fenot\u00edpico cuantitativo en paralelo de estas cepas mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de los microarrays de adn.  se estudia el comportamiento de estos mutantes heterocigotos etiquetados molecularmente en presencia de wortmanina, cuya diana principal, ampliamente descrita en mam\u00edferos, es la fosfatidil inositol 3-quinasa. El descrubrimiento de dianas moleculares secundarias permite conocer mejor la acci\u00f3n de la droga a nivel de la c\u00e9lula global.  este an\u00e1lisis fenot\u00edpico de 1546 cepas heterozigotas de saccharomyces en respuesta al tratamiento con wortmanina ha permitido identificar 30 mutantes heterozigotos resistentes y 60 cepas haploinsucientes a wortmanina; algunos de estos mutantes se hallan afectados en genes esenciales para la levadura, demostrando la gran utilidad de este estudio en el an\u00e1lisis de mutantes en genes cuya deleci\u00f3n es letal.  este estudio ha permitido adem\u00e1s determinar una serie de procesos biol\u00f3gicos afectados en el tratamiento con wortmanina y plantear una serie de hip\u00f3tesis en cuanto a la resistencia o sensibilidad de determinados mutantes que ayudar\u00e1n a profundizar en un futuro al desarrollo de compuestos antitumorales con mayor especificidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>An\u00e1lisis fenot\u00edpico del disruptoma de saccharomyces cerevisiae en respuesta al tratamiento con wortmanina<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 An\u00e1lisis fenot\u00edpico del disruptoma de saccharomyces cerevisiae en respuesta al tratamiento con wortmanina <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Benito S\u00e1nchez M.
