Se optimiza la oxidacion de cas a aminocromos y se obtienen las caracteristicas analiticas significativas mediante espectrofotometria y elt. Se estudia la accion de la radiacion laser sobre las disoluciones de ferricianuro, que produce un deposito de hidroxido de hierro (iii) sobre la pared posterior de la cubeta. En clm se estudia la separacion de los aminocromos derivados de las cas endogenas y de la isoprenalina, con deteccion por elt. Se estudia la elucion de las cas sin derivatizar utilizando clm y deteccion uv. Se desarrolla un metodo para la determinacion de la suma de cas no conjugadas en orina mediante elt y un metodo para la determinacion de cas individuales en orina mediante clm con deteccion por elt.
