El *-cialotrin se obtiene esterificando el \u00e1cido 3-(2-cloro, 3,3,3-trifluoropropil-1enil)-2,2-dimetil ciclopropano carbox\u00edlico con el alcohol alfa-ciano-3-fenoxibenc\u00edlico. Los piretroides tipo ii son compuestos neurot\u00f3xicos y presentan en intociaciones agudas en mam\u00edferos el s\u00edndrome ts (intensa salivaci\u00f3n y coreoatetosis).
