{"id":29356,"date":"2018-03-09T09:22:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:22:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/inmunosensores-amperometricos-para-la-monitorizacion-de-compuestos-de-interes-medioambiental\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:22:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:22:27","slug":"inmunosensores-amperometricos-para-la-monitorizacion-de-compuestos-de-interes-medioambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/alcala\/inmunosensores-amperometricos-para-la-monitorizacion-de-compuestos-de-interes-medioambiental\/","title":{"rendered":"Inmunosensores amperom\u00e9tricos para la monitorizaci\u00f3n de compuestos de inter\u00e9s medioambiental."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Varela Jeraldo Teresa Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo el desarrollo y optimizaci\u00f3n de un inmunosensor amperom\u00e9tico para la detecci\u00f3n de contaminantes peligrosos para el medioambiente, y m\u00e1s espec\u00edficamente para la determinaci\u00f3n de irgarol-1051.  este trabajo utiliza enzimas oxidasas como marcaje, incorpor\u00e1ndolas en arquitecturas organizadas basadas en interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas que proporcionan un plataforma gen\u00e9rica y vers\u00e1til, siendo caracterizadas con t\u00e9cnicas tanto electroqu\u00edmicas, como topogr\u00e1ficas y microgravim\u00e9tricas.  estas estructuras eficazmente ensambladas, bien mediante la manipulaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de su componentes o mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n y\/o repetici\u00f3n de los adecuados polielectrolitos, permiten una \u00f3ptima conversi\u00f3n electrocatal\u00edtica dando lugar a elevadas densidades de corriente.  este eficaz mecanismo de transducci\u00f3n permite la obtenci\u00f3n de dispositivos inmunoanal\u00edticos con propiedades anal\u00edticas en t\u00e9rminos de sensibilidad, especificidad, l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n, reproducibilidad y estabilidad adecuados al problema medioambiental planteado. En concreto, el dise\u00f1o propuesto alcanza unos l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n inferiores al valor param\u00e9trico para este biocida, con tiempos de an\u00e1lisis inferiores a 30 minutos. Este dise\u00f1o ha sido demostrado en electrodos serigrafiados, lo que permite su f\u00e1cil incorporaci\u00f3n a sistemas port\u00e1tiles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
