Ar\u00e1nzazu <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis consiste en la medida del elemento de la matriz de cabibbo-kobayashi-maskawa vcb, mediante los datos recogidos por el experimento delphi durante el per\u00edodo 1992-1995, a la energ\u00eda del z0. En este trabajo se han desarrollado dos an\u00e1lisis diferentes:  en un primer an\u00e1lisis se estudia la anchura de desintegraci\u00f3n diferencial de mesones b desintegr\u00e1ndose a mesones d*. El d* se reconstruye de forma exclusiva usando varios canales de desintegraci\u00f3n . A partir de los sucesos seleccionados se determinan los valores de vcb y de la pendiente del factor de forma que gobierna dicha transici\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se ha obtenido la fracci\u00f3n de desintegraci\u00f3n semilept\u00f3nica de mesones b en d*. Tambi\u00e9n se ha podido realizar la medida de la fracci\u00f3n de desintegraci\u00f3n semilept\u00f3nica a estados de mayor masa que el d*.  en el segundo an\u00e1lisis el valor de vcb se extrae a partir de la anchura de desintegraci\u00f3n semilept\u00f3nica inclusiva de hadrones b. Para ello, se han medido los momentos espectrales de las distribuciones de masa hadr\u00f3nica en desintegraciones semilept\u00f3nicas de mesones b a estados d**. Los estados d** se reconstruyen en diferentes canales de desintegraci\u00f3n. Combinando estos resultados con los obtenidos en otro an\u00e1lisis realizado por delphi de la medida de los momentos de la energ\u00eda del lept\u00f3n, se han determinado las masas de los quarks pesados, la energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica promedia del quark b dentro del hadr\u00f3n, y otros par\u00e1metros de ope que contribuyen a tercer orden en la expansi\u00f3n 1\/mb.
