Para ello se han intentado producci\u00f3n en vectores de expresi\u00f3n precariotas las siguientes proteinas recombinantes: gdnf, bdnf, gdnf-ttc, bdnf-ttc, tanto en sus formas maduras como preproteina y ttc. Por \u00faltimo se ha comprobado el efecto de las proteinas ( gdnf-ttc, bdnf-ttc y ttc ) en la disminuci\u00f3n de apoptesis en cultivos neuronales en estado de degeneraci\u00f3n producidad por adicci\u00f3n de droga. Tambien hemos comprobado su capacidad para activar la se\u00f1al, intracelular relacionada con la supervivencia neuronal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
