Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realiza un estudio de genotoxicidad y citotoxicidad de los almizcles nitrogenados ketone, moskene y tibetene.  estos tres almizcles son sint\u00e9ticos y su uso est\u00e1 muy extendido, utiliz\u00e1ndose como componentes y potenciadores arom\u00e1ticos en la fabricaci\u00f3n de cosm\u00e9ticos y productos de limpieza.  debido a su uso, estos productos pasar\u00e1n a las aguas residuales y al medio ambiente acu\u00e1tico.  ketone, moskene y tibetene son sustancias persistentes y con una baja degradabilidad, por ello se acumulan en los tejidos grasos de los organismos biol\u00f3gicos, esto nos lleva a pensar en la conveniencia de realizar estudios de toxicidad.  en este trabajo se realiza un estudio de mutagenicidad de estas sustancias en el ensayo de salmonella typhimurium con las cepas ta98 y ta100 en presencia y ausencia de un sistema externo de metabolizaci\u00f3n (mezcla s-9).  para continuar el estudio se realizan tres ensayos de citotoxicidad en cultivos celulares con c\u00e9lulas gonadales de trucha arcoiris (rtg-2), los ensayos utilizados son: contenido de prote\u00ednas totales, cantidad de ldh (lactato deshidrogenasa) y ensayo de rojo neutro para determinaci\u00f3n de viabilidad celular.  los ensayos de genotoxicidad son salmonella typhimurium y los almizcles ketone, moskene y tibetene reflejan la no existencia de car\u00e1cter mutag\u00e9nico de estos productos a las concentraciones ensayadas, con y sin activaci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica.  de la misma forma los estudios con c\u00e9lulas rtg-2 han reflejado que los almizcles estudiados, a ninguna de las concentraciones ensayadas, es citot\u00f3xico, resultado coincidente enlos tres tipos de determinaciones realizadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio de genotoxicidad y citotoxicidad de los almizcles ketone, moskene y tibetene<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio de genotoxicidad y citotoxicidad de los almizcles ketone, moskene y tibetene <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Rubio Herranz M.
