El estudio est\u00e1 anclado en el horizonte de expectativas de los textos, a partir de la historia de las tres \u00e1rea del saber que los conforman: historia de la historia, historia de la geograf\u00eda e historia de lenguaje, y tambi\u00e9n, en el estudo de un texto del descubrimiento que vale de paradigma: \u00abitinerario de la armada del rey cat\u00f3lico a la isla de yucat\u00e1n en la india en 1518\u00bb.  la metodolog\u00eda empleada responde a las necesidades de cada una de estas tres \u00e1reas. El estudio permiten comprende porque estos textos pueden estudiarse en las bases de la literatura hispanoamericana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
