Se ha realizado un gran esfuerzo durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en la b\u00fasqueda de peque\u00f1as mol\u00e9culas que pueden actuar como inhibidores qu\u00edmicos de las cdks.En el presente trabajo se ha llevado a cabo un estudio te\u00f3rico de la interacci\u00f3n entre cdk2 y diversos inhibidores qu\u00edmicos. Para ello se han utilizado diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de modelado molecular como estudios de docking flexible y simulaciones de din\u00e1mica molecular.Los ligandos objeto de estudio pertenecen a dos familias estructurales, por un lado la butirolactona i y sus derivados sint\u00e9ticos, y por otro los derivados de la pirazolo[3,4-c]piridazina.La butirolactona i es un compuesto natural que act\u00faa como inhibidor selectivo frente a cdk1 y cdk2 compitiendo por el sitio de uni\u00f3n del atp. Un derivado de la pirazolo[3, 4-c]piridazina fue descubierto en un screening ciego llevado a cabo por basf pharma y presenta un interesante perfil como inhibidor selectivo de cdk2. Los resultados del trabajo nos han permitido establecer la relaci\u00f3n estructura-actividad para ambas series de compuestos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
