Por ello, esta tesis se plantea con el objetivo de estudiar qu\u00e9 pol\u00edticas de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos son necesarias para capacitar al personal y motivarlo hacia la innovaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje organizativo y, en definitiva, para generar un ambiente propicio a la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos o servicios, procesos y sitemas de gesti\u00f3n. Con este objetivo se ha realizado una revisi\u00f3n de la literatura en materia de innovaci\u00f3n, aprendizaje organizativo y recursos humanos y una aproximaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica a trav\u00e9s de dos estudios, un estudio de casos y una encuenta personal. A partir de sus resultados se puede concluir que el adoptar un sistema interno de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos incide positivamente en el desarrollo del aprendizaje organizativo y de la innovaci\u00f3n en la empresa y que existe una relaci\u00f3n positiva entre, por un lado, el aprendizaje organizativo y la innovaci\u00f3n y, por otro, entre \u00e9sta \u00faltima y los resultados
