Adem\u00e1s de estas variables, se ha estudiado la influenda del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula del residuo, la separaci\u00f3n en sus dos partes (m\u00e9dula y cubierta) y el tiempo de operad\u00f3n en las hidr\u00f3lisiscon \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. se han detenninado las concentradones de az\u00facares reductores totales y d-glucosa en el transcurso de cada hidr\u00f3lisis, con las que se han calculado los correspondientes rendimientos y se ha estudiado la cin\u00e9tica del proceso. El residuo s\u00f3lido final se ha caracterizado mediante la detenninaci\u00f3n de su contenido en humedad, hemicelulosa, celulosa, lignina y cenizas, con lo que se han calculado las conversiones en hemicelulosay celulosa alcanzadas al final de cada hidr\u00f3lisis. entodos los experimentos de fennentaci\u00f3n con ambos microorganismosse han detenninado a lo largo del tiempo las concentraciones de biomasa, az\u00facares reductores totales, d-glucosa, etanol, xilitoly \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico en algunos casos. A partir de estos valores, se han calculado los rendimientos globales en biomasa, etanol y xilitol, las productividades en biomasa, y las velocidades espec\u00edficas de crecimiento, consumo de sustrato y fonnad\u00f3n de etanol. conrespectoa la hidr\u00f3lisis,en todas las condidonesensayadas,se produceun aumentode los rendimientosen az\u00facares con el tiempo de proceso, la temperatura y la concentrad\u00f3n de \u00e1ddo, produd\u00e9ndoseun mayor ataque hidrol\u00edticocon el \u00e1ddo clorh\u00eddricoque con el sulf\u00farico.La fracd\u00f3n hemicelul\u00f3sicaes hidrolizadacasi por completo con \u00e1cido sulf\u00faricoa partir de una concentrad\u00f3n 1 nycon clorh\u00eddrico a partir de 0,5 n a 90 oc,mientras que las conversiones e<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
