Mas3-ct98-0170, 1999-2000).  los resultados de este trabajo corresponden principalmente a las campa\u00f1as pioneer y sus muestreos en el tramo estuarino. Se tomaron muestras de agua para su posterior an\u00e1lisis en el laboratorio a diferentes profundidades del estuario para caracterizar las condiciones de la capa dulce y salada, adem\u00e1s se tomaron datos de par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos e hidrodin\u00e1micos, con el uso de un hydrolab y un corrent\u00edmetro doppler adp, se cont\u00f3 con datos de caudales medios horarios (confederaci\u00f3n hidrogr\u00e1fica del ebro) y de situaci\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica.  con los datos obtenidos se procedi\u00f3 a calibrar un modelo de advecci\u00f3n dispersi\u00f3n (mike 12), para estudiar la variabilidad de lapenetraci\u00f3n de la cu\u00f1a salina a lo largo del periodo de estudio, encontr\u00e1ndose que el modelo describe la din\u00e1mica de la cu\u00f1a de una forma satisfactoria. Se encontr\u00f3, con los resultados de las simulaciones, que el caudal ecol\u00f3gico propuesto por el phn de 100 m3s-1 es insuficiente para controlar la posici\u00f3n de la cu\u00f1a salina, por lo que se propone un caudal ecol\u00f3gico de 130 m3s-1, ya que de acuerdo con los resultados, con caudales menores a \u00e9ste, la cu\u00f1a puede llegar hasta amposta. Porteriormente se estudi\u00f3 la din\u00e1mica de la cu\u00f1a salina en el caso hipot\u00e9tico de un aumento de nivel del mar de 0.50 m y sus posibles efectos, encontr\u00e1ndose que el cambio clim\u00e1tico provoca una mayor penetraci\u00f3n de la cu\u00f1a (cercan\u00edas a amposta) y un mayor tiempo de permanencia de \u00e9sta dentro del estuario. Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un calibrado del modelo usando valores de concentraciones de nutrientes (nt, psr y ac. ortosil\u00edcico) para estudiar el flujo de estos componentes a lo largo del
