La extraccion con fluidos supercriticos se muestra como una alternativa valida en la mayoria de los casos frente a los metodos convencionales de extraccion-limpieza. Su empleo sobre muestras liofilizadas resulta muy eficaz, permitiendo concentrar al analito a la vez que evita el excesivo consumo de disolventes organicos.  para la cuantificacion de fungicidas ditiocarbamicos se ha aplicado hplc con formacion de pares ionicos y deteccion uv.  el benomilo se degrada rapidamente a su metabolito principal, carbendazima, por lo que se ha optado por evaluar este ultimo mediante hplc en fase inversa y con deteccion fluorescente.  el estudio de la disipacion de estos fungicidas en productos horticolas cultivados en invernaderos, pone de manifiesto una estrecha relacion con la temperatura, razon por la cual se ha generado un modelo matematico para el caso de tratamientos de ziram en acelgas. Con este modelo se puede conocer la evolucion de los residuos de este fungicida si se dispone de las temperaturas medias integradas del proceso de degradacion.  el fluvalinato se degrada totalmente
