Interacciones dipolares d\u00e9biles producen emisi\u00f3n universal de fluorescencia.  La sondas emiten en el visible. estos fen\u00f3menos ocurren tanto en ausencia como en presencia de disolvente. la intensidad de emisi\u00f3n entre la sonda y un compuesto qu\u00edmico depende de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica del medio y es un balance entre procesos radiactivos y no radiactivos.  Las sondas descritas pueden ser usadas como sondas de polaridad.  Cualquier compuesto qu\u00edmico (fluorescente o no, qu\u00edmico o inorg\u00e1nico) puede ser detectado cuantitativamente por fluorescencia.  La sondas se han acoplado a sistemas cromatogr\u00e1ficos (hplc, tlc) y no cromatogr\u00e1ficos (electroforesis en gel).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
