{"id":29736,"date":"2018-03-09T09:22:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-fitoqua%c2%admico-de-marila-pluricostata-bioactividad-de-arilcumarinas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:22:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:22:59","slug":"estudio-fitoqua%c2%admico-de-marila-pluricostata-bioactividad-de-arilcumarinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/salamanca\/estudio-fitoqua%c2%admico-de-marila-pluricostata-bioactividad-de-arilcumarinas\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio fitoqu\u00edmico de marila pluricostata. bioactividad de arilcumarinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Olmedo Agudo Dionisio Antonio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio bioguiado de marila pluricostada standl &amp; l.O.Wms, mediante el biensayo de citotoxicidad en tres l\u00edneas celulares cancerosas humanas, ha llevado al aislamiento y caracterizaci\u00f3n de ocho 4-feniculmarinas preniladas, cuatro 4-fenilpiranocumarinas, tres 4-fenilfurocumarinas y una 4.Fenilacilcumarina. adem\u00e1s, se han aislado ocho triterpenos con esqueleto de friedelano y dos perteneciente al grupo del lupano.  el estudio por cromatograf\u00eda de gases-espectrometr\u00eda de masa, de las fracciones m\u00e1s apolares ha permitido identificar veinticinco sesquiterpenos, un diterpenos, dos estigmastanos y un triterpeno en el extracto de diclorometano de esta planta.  las 4-fenilcumarinas con el grupo isoprenilo en posici\u00f3n 6 resultaron ser los compuestos responsables de la actividad citot\u00f3xica de este extracto, incrementando ig50 a valores inferiores de 1ug\/ml.  adicionalmente, este grupo de sustancias han sido evaluadas frente al virus vih, mostrando ser potentes inhibidores de la replicaci\u00f3n viral. Cuatro de estas fenilcumarinas naturales hansido seleccionadas para llevar a cabo estudios conducentes a establecer su mecanismo de acci\u00f3n anti-vih.  en vista de estos resultados, dentro de este trabajo se plante\u00f3 obtenen sustancias con el esqueleto b\u00e1sico de 4-fenilcromen-2-ona y realizar modificaciones en \u00e9ste, sobre la base de los resultados de evaluaci\u00f3n de bioactividad, para llevar a cabo estudios de relaci\u00f3n estructura actividad.
