La reconstrucci\u00f3n de la chaperonina a partir de las subunidades desnaturalizadas han permitido observar importantes diferencias en su comportamiento in vitro. Estas diferencias se basan en la capacidad de la subunidad cpna de formar anillos y filamentos durante el proceso de aumento de la fuerza i\u00f3nica, mientras que a trav\u00e9s del mismo procesamiento cpnb no forma estructuras cuaternarias. La construcci\u00f3n de modelos tridimensionales por homolog\u00eda ha permitido localizar, a trav\u00e9s del mapa de interacciones descritas a partir de la cristalizaci\u00f3n del termosoma, dos zonas con cambios aminoac\u00eddicos que pudieran ser significativos. Tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado un estudio estructural durante la reconstituci\u00f3n a partir de la subunidad cpna reconstitu\u00edda. estos estudios muestran dos grupos de chaperoninas, uno con siete subunidades por anillo y otro con ocho subunidades. Estudios sobre la chaperonina nativa han mostrado simetr\u00eda ocho ya que esta part\u00edcula est\u00e1 formada por cantidades similares de cpna y cpnb se ha sugerido que cpnb fuerza simetr\u00eda ocho en la estructura nativa debido a interacciones m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles entre ella misma y con las subunidades adyacentes en la formaci\u00f3n del anillo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
