Analizamos 18 variables. Como nuevos factores predictivos: nivel de invasi\u00f3n de la submucosa, % c\u00e9lulas g3, angiog\u00e9nesis e inmunohistoqu\u00edmica de ki-67, p53, p21 y bcl-2. Mediante an\u00e1lisis de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica establecemos las variables pron\u00f3sticas independientes para progresi\u00f3n. Posteriormente elaboramos grupos de riesgo a partir de modelos matem\u00e1ticos.  resultados  las variables seleccionadas como desfavorables fueron 5: multiplicidad tumoral, tama\u00f1o mayor 3cm, presencia de cis, subestadiaje t1b y p53(+). la incorporaci\u00f3n de los 2 \u00faltimos factores increment\u00f3 la predicci\u00f3n para progresi\u00f3n en un 33%. Hemos establecido 4 grupos de riesgo, siendo las variables con mayor potencial predictivo la multiplicidad tumoral, el microestadiaje y la inmunohistoqu\u00edmica de p53.  conclusi\u00f3n  el subestadiaje y la inmunohistoqu\u00edmica de p53 presentan valor predictivo de progresi\u00f3n en tumores t1g3, siendo fundamental su determinaci\u00f3n para poder establecer el riesgo
