En estos sistemas la caracter\u00edstica de tensi\u00f3n&#8211;corriente de gran se\u00f1al de los transistores se utiliza como mapeo para conseguir una compresi\u00f3n no lineal en las excursiones de tensi\u00f3n, permitiendo un mayor rango din\u00e1mico  y que la relaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\/ruido sea m\u00e1s insensible a la reducci\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n. A pesar de que existe un inherente comportamiento no lineal en el interior de estos sistemas, su relaci\u00f3n entrada salida permanece lineal. Ello se consigue a trav\u00e9s de la conexi\u00f3n adecuada de ciertos bloques no lineales que permiten que las no linealidades internas se cancelen a nivel de sistema.Esta tesis contiene dos aportaciones considerables en el campo de sistemas srd, las cuales son: 1. Operaci\u00f3n con tensiones de alimentaci\u00f3n muy reducidas: en este sentido se proporciona un esquema novedoso de polarizaci\u00f3n para que las celdas sean capaces de operar bajo estas condiciones. Este esquema descrito en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se aplica a los bloques que se usan frecuentemente para eldise\u00f1o de sistemas srd.  Alternativamente en el cap\u00edtulo 4 se describe una nueva forma de construir los bloques no lineales para dise\u00f1ar sistemas srd.Esta nueva t\u00e9cnica permite que los sistemas srd resultantes tengan mayores anchos de banda, pero al mismo tiempo consuman menor potencia y empleen menor \u00e1rea en el chip que los dise\u00f1ados usando la t\u00e9cnica convencional. 2. Sinton\u00eda (tuning) electr\u00f3nica de los par\u00e1metros de filtros: en el cap\u00edtulo 5 se presenta un esquema en modo corriente  de autoajuste (tuning) para sintonizar filtros de una manera precisa y de forma que no se vean influenciados ya sea por las variaciones en los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n cambios en las condiciones de entorno del dispositivo.
