El efecto estimulador del glp-1 sobre el transprote de la hexosa parece depender, en gran medida, de una activaci\u00f3n de la pi3k\/pkb, posiblemente de la pp-1 y, esencialmente, de la p70s6k y p42\/44 mapks y el incremento en la actividad gluc\u00f3geno sintasa a inducido por glp-1 est\u00e1 mediado por un aumento en la de pi3k\/pkb, p42\/44 mapks y, parcialmente, pkc; pero a diferencia con la insulina, en esta acci\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido no parece intervenir la p70s6k, ni ninguna de las dos prote\u00ednas fosfatasas, pp-1 y pp-2a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
