Que sea aplicable a la conservaci\u00f3n de los recursos gen\u00e9ticos de sus poblaciones ib\u00e9ricas. Para ello se analiza la estructura geogr\u00e1fica de la diversidad gen\u00e9tica molecular de las poblaciones de la especie situadas en la meseta norte utilizando microsat\u00e9lites del cloroplasto (cpssr). Mediante el uso de microsat\u00e9lites nucleares (nssr), se eval\u00faa el posible efecto de dos pr\u00e1cticas selv\u00edcolas de regeneraci\u00f3n natural, aclareo sucesivo uniforme y por bosquetes, sobre la dispersi\u00f3n pol\u00ednica y el sistema de reproducci\u00f3n de la especie. Finalmente, se investiga el patr\u00f3n espacial de la dispersi\u00f3n pol\u00ednica en una poblaci\u00f3n marginal de pino silvestre y se realiza un estudio comparativo de su sistema de reproducci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con el observado en poblaciones grandes de la especie.  las poblaciones de pino silvestre de la meseta norte mostraron niveles de variabilidad niveles de variabilidad molecular muy elevados en los cpssr analizados (diversidad haplot\u00edpica he = 0,977) y una estructura poblacional muy d\u00e9bil ( st = 0,031; p = 0,010), sugiriendo ausencia de procesos importantes de deriva gen\u00e9tica. Las poblaciones m\u00e1s diversas son las situadas en la sierra de guadarrama y las m\u00e1s diferenciadas gen\u00e9ticamente son peque\u00f1as poblaciones marginales en el interior de la meseta y en la sierra de gredos. las relaciones geneal\u00f3gicas entre los haplotipos indican una mayor similitud gen\u00e9tica entre poblaciones ubicadas en distintos sistemas monta\u00f1osos vertientes a la misma cuenca hidrogr\u00e1fica que entre poblaciones en vertientes opuestas del mismo sistema monta\u00f1oso, resultado coherente con los procesos de migraci\u00f3n altitudinal sugeridos por los registros f\u00f3siles de la especie.  no se encontraron efectos significativos de las pr\u00e1cticas selv\u00edcolas de regeneraci\u00f3n natural sobre los<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
