Concepcion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En cultivos de fibroblastos procedentes de 26 pacientes con hipertension esencial y 16 controles sanos se han medido por espectrofluorimetria el phi basal y la velocidad de recuperacion del phi tras cargas acidos o alcalinas. Los resultados sugieren que las celulas de los hipertensos tienen aumentada la actividad de los intercambiadores na+-h+ y cl&#8211;hco3- independiente de na+, mientras que la actividad del intercambiador cl&#8211;hco3- dependiente de na+, es similar en hipertensos y controles.
