Es una arquitectura elaborada a lo largo de los siglos, ejecutada con medios y tecnicas locales que expresan funciones precisas, satisfaciendo necesidades de orden cultural, economica y social.  por su caracter, origen e invencion, complementa el entorno, integrandose naturalmente. Parece que la vertiente primera de estas construcciones se evidencia en una alianza de creatividad formal de la arquitectura, la conciencia y el respeto por los otros y de las cosas, la modestia y la eficacia de los medios empleados.  es una arquitectura funcional por la evidencia con la que expresa su contenido y se asume como medianera entre el hombre y su territorio, expresando el equilibrio optimo de esta relacion.  esta arquitectura simboliza y sintetiza una relacion trilogica conceptual, compuesta de tres polos de referencias, el hombre, el sitio y los
