Cinta <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral versa sobre el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico a alta temperatura de policristales de circona dopada con itrio con tama\u00f1os de granos en el rango nanom\u00e9trico puro y dopados con distintas concentraciones de dos fase v\u00edtreas denominada sns y sas. Se estudia el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico de este material y la influencia de la fase v\u00edtrea en la resistencia a la deformaci\u00f3n de las distintas muestras, mediante ensayos de deformaci\u00f3n y un cojunto de t\u00e9cnicas muestras, mediante ensayos de deformaci\u00f3n y un conjunto de t\u00e9cnicas que permiten una caracterizaci\u00f3n microestructural de las muestras. Se obtiene que el material se deforma mediante deslizamiento de fronteras de grano, siendo acomodado por difusi\u00f3n cati\u00f3nica en volumen modificada por los efectos de segregaci\u00f3n de itrio hacia las fronteras de los granos.
