{"id":30224,"date":"2018-03-09T09:23:45","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-en-haemophilus-parasuis\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:23:45","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:23:45","slug":"sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-en-haemophilus-parasuis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/leon\/sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-en-haemophilus-parasuis\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistemas de captacion de hierro en haemophilus parasuis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda Luisa R\u00edo Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El hierro es un elemento esencial para la supervivencia de los seres vivos y su disponibilidad limitada en el hospedador natural conlleva a la b\u00fasqueda, por parte de los microorganismos, de sistemas eficientes de captaci\u00f3n que constituyen potenciales factores de virulencia.  hasta la fecha, exist\u00edan dudas acerca de los posibles mecanismos de captaci\u00f3n de hierro en h.Parasuis, especul\u00e1ndose acerca de las prote\u00ednas de uni\u00f3n a transferrina o a sider\u00f3foros como mecanismos potenciales de adquisici\u00f3n de hierro en esta especie bacteriana. Continuando con el trabajo desarrollado en nuestro laboratorio en relaci\u00f3n a los genes que codifican para las prote\u00ednas de uni\u00f3n a transferrina en h.Parasuis, en esta tesis doctoral se ha demostrado la presencia de las prote\u00ednas de uni\u00f3n a transferrina tbpa y tbpb en esta especie. Al igual que sucede en otra especies de la familia pasteurellaceae, h. Parasusis posee adyacentes a los genes tbpb y tbpa otros tres genes, tonb, exbd, que posiblemente intervengan en el aporte energ\u00e9tico necesario para la captaci\u00f3n e internalizaci\u00f3n del hierro. Los cinco genes se disponen en la misma regi\u00f3n con un promotor que se localiza al inicio del gen tonb y que se superpone con una caja fur implicada en la regulaci\u00f3n del sistema de cpataci\u00f3n de hierro en virtud de la concentraci\u00f3n de este elemento presente en el medio.  con el fin de caracterizar una de las prote\u00ednas receptoras de transferrina, se produjeron dos prote\u00ednas de fusi\u00f3n, una de ellas dirigida contra los extremos amino y carboxilo de la protena tbpb (gst-tbpb), y la otra contra el extremo n-terminal de la prote\u00edna tbpb (tbpb-his). Se estudiaron las condiciones de expresi\u00f3n de ambas prote\u00ednas, purific\u00e1ndose la construida frente al extremo n-terminal de la prote\u00edna tbpb. Se obtuvo un panel de 3 anticuerpos monoclonales frente a la prote\u00edna de fusi\u00f3n gst-tbpb y 11 frente a la prote\u00edna de fusi\u00f3n tbpb-his tras la inmunizaci\u00f3n en
