En este sentido se encuadra la presente tesis que tiene el objetivo general y principal de aclarar el origen y la filogenia de dos amplios grupos de gaster\u00f3podos eutineuros (opistobranquios y pulmonados) y establecer una clasificaci\u00f3n precisa para ambos.  la aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas de secuenciaci\u00f3n de dna en los estudios filogen\u00e9ticos de laos gaster\u00f3podos se halla todav\u00eda en una fase preliminar. Se han realizado ya algunas propuestas filogen\u00e9ticas muy generales pero en ellas se incluyen pocas especies de opistobranquios. Los trabajos moleculares existentes hasta la fecha no aportan resoluci\u00f3n suficiente acerca de la sistem\u00e1tica de los opistobranquios debido al bajo soporte de la mayor\u00eda de los nodos. adem\u00e1s, el volumen de caracteres empleados para inferir las filogenias (es decir, el n\u00famero de nucle\u00f3tidos) resulta claramente insuficiente para el nivel de an\u00e1lisis escogido en la mayor parte de los casos.  en la presente tesis se ha realizado la secuenciaci\u00f3n completa de un genoma mitocondrial de un nudibraquio, roboastra europaea. Tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado la secuenciaci\u00f3n de diversos fragmentos del adn mitocondrial. Todo ello ha permitido establecer un marco filogen\u00e9tico robusto para euthyneura. as\u00ed, se ha podido establecer una base taxon\u00f3mica s\u00f3lida y una clasificaci\u00f3n robusta y estable, lo cual representa una herramienta b\u00e1sica para cualquier otro tipo de investigaci\u00f3n, ya sea b\u00e1sica o aplicada, que tenga a este grupo animal como objeto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
